[Request] Stop'n Start

So some times i find my bot just standing still, usually at status: combat. And the only thing I need to do to make it move on, is to stop the bot and start it again. thats it.
Last night it just stood there forever doing nothing and just something simple as start and stop the bot makes it go again.

So is there a way to make a plug in that just stops and starts the bot every x hour or so? Or maybe even when "stuck to long" or something like that.
Would help me, and other i assume, allot

This would help me also it would solve many of HBs random problems that fixes with a fast stop start
