i HAVE tried looking into this. mind you im in no way shape or form experienced with this...i was just trying to model a profile off of death chargers reins/botanists' farming profiles... a blood DK in 385 ilvl gear can solo slabhide 50% of the time using CLU and standing still in the lava, I'm sure a higher level one would have no issues at all, or even a level 90 in a week but anyways heres the issue i came across and what i tried coming up with to fix it but had no luck.
when Millhouse runs, the bot will chase it to the next group of trash, it seems like such an easy fix but i just could get it right... i came up with the following ideas...
1. just black list him and hope that AoEing the other mobs in his area would take him down enough to run, without ever targeting him.
2. some how use the custombehavior of "ButtonPressOnChat" to a macro on your bars of "/canceltarget" and list all of the possible responses from him to use that. this would cause you to not target him any longer and attack the next thing that attacks you, which SHOULD work?
3. i came across a command that sets up a maximum time spent at a hotspot, if there were such a thing to spend a MINIMUM (there might be, i just didnt find one...?) time at a hot spot it would dps millhouse down, and hopefully just let him run away while waiting on the minimum time there?
4. theres behaviors i think that will command the bot to use an item or something as soon as it detects a mobs hp dropping to a certain amount, i was wondering if at all possible you could use that to monitor it and black list mill house once he got to the percent he runs away.
5. other issue, for anyone not using a DK... somehow edit dungeonbuddies stonecore script that knows the fight to only farm the second boss...???
anyways, like i said i dont have much experience and i know that a lot of the quest behaviors are broken or something along those lines so it was just discouraging to try any further...if anyone has insight to any of the problems above, i think A LOT of ppl would be thrilled to see a profile such as this get off the ground.
