For anyone still interested, this is what I did:

Using singular, I'm killing off mobs and spamming Battle Horn on cooldown (its a vanity item from a rare). It's much less kills/h, but still a decent amount.

Also, there's a CC that includes pulling more mobs (FIghtThisWay) but it doesnt work for me. If it would - it would work just as farming by hand, cause i made it just throw knifes

Wait, are you serious? Profile could be just an empty one with faction ID (7), with methods I described above.

The important thing is the 5 minute loot timer. Everyone can make a standard killing profile.
