Is there any change somebody could design a selective healing plug-in to work with
healing CC's so they can chose which players to heal and which to not.
For a plugin no, there is no chance.
Who to heal is selected by the CC, an no plugin can overwrite this. But, if you play a Paladin or a Holy Priest try my CC, they have Selective Healing incorporated
