This type of setup isn't made for the bot because it needs to control input to interact with the client. So, it's not possible in Release, but it is possible in the new Beta (which is not done yet, but it's usable right now). However, the Beta CR don't have any basic logic for minion stuff, so that doesn't really help you short term.
With the beta setup though, if you just want a bot that only casts skills, and you do all the looting, exploring, etc..., then that is certainly easily doable though, so we'll add an example of that later on (after the CR is expanded a little).
