[REQUEST] Plugin for spending and resetting paragon points

I'm looking for plugin that could do the next: during the greater rift until the rift guardian all paragon points should be spent in vitality and movespeed. On the rift guardian plugin should reset paragon points and spend them into dexterity for example.
