[Request] Monk Dispel CC

I'm looking for a simple CC that I can run with LazyRaider that will only do one thing, dispel. I tank in my guild as my Brewmaster Monk and while I have decursive I oftentimes find myself too busy to throw out dispels while tanking. So I was wondering if someone could make me a quick CC that would only look for dispels and remove them.

you should be able to take, say purerotation and open up the brewmaster part and comment out the combat handling, like cooldowns and the basic routine. May want to test it out in a few dungeons to make sure it works that way.
