You are very wrong here.
There are virtually no instance nor boss that can't be bruteforced (ocy of c as a exception).
I have already done hundreds of runs with 3 bots and myself just controlling the movement of the tank.
Sure in the start things like FoS demanded that I babysat the healer but now the healer is a t10.5 druid and can just plainly outheal anything using the good old GotWood.
(Of course it helps that my tank is a BiS geared pally that more or less can solo any HC boss, but anyway)
Edit: Jesus, it was a LONG time ago you actually did any moving and stuff in HC's. Even with just emblems gear you can just tank and spank more or less any HC boss.
Ok, so you can program a bot to brute force an instance... But I think most people wouldn't have the gear to do so, if they are interested in doing heroics anyway. I mean, so if you have t10.5 gear, why is someone doing heroics anyway? Or is it just certain toons of yours have ridiculous gear, and you are running the others through? No matter what, your scenario requires at least 1-2 people over-gearing the instance, and if you are going to develop something to help the community the most, you want it to be able to do the instance more or less regardless of gear level (since manually if you get a group of toons around the level of the dungeon, gear doesn't really matter, since the gear is shit at that level anyway).
I mean I love the idea for myself, don't get me wrong. I'm not trying to shit in anyone's Kool Aid, because I'd love to have the ability for the bot to do instances. I just think that since it'd be publicly available, it'll lead to disaster, because people won't use it responsibly. I'd be thrilled to pick say, a healer, and set her up to run all the instances available from low levels through 80, and collecting only the gear I specify (yeah, I'd do some homework first, but it's worth it). Then, you are in a position that you are getting the gear that'll help you not only level faster, but be more effective in instances. All this would be fantastic... BUT there's tons of stuff that needs to happen, and again I think 6-9 months of solid effort would be required for a fully-baked solution.
