[Request] LootRule special wish

hey guys..
i have a special loot wish and I would really thank you for it..
i want a lootrule, which is nearly similar to this one

i have seriously no idea how to write or modifiy a lootrule so i hope some1 would help me

pickup all gold
pickup all gems
pickup all potions
pickup blues ilvl 60+
salvage all blues
pickup all rares
identify rares
salvage rares ilvl 61 and below
stash ilvl62,63
keep and stash all legendaries
keep weapons with 800+dps

it should also
-pickup gold
-pickup gems and stash (+34 gems)
-mystic potions
-pickup recipes
-tomes
-pick up every blue/yellow/legendary/set items
-sell blue crap (lesser than 800+dps )
-never salvage
-stash weapons 800+ dps (blue + )
-stash yellow / legendary / set (ilevel and stats doesnt matter)

is it possible to find someone who could modifiy or creat a rule like that for me ?
