[Request Loot Rules] Picking up the Plans for artisans.

A while ago I wondered why my bot never find any plans.
And then today I saw bot just not picking up the rare plan for armor that dropped in front of my eyes.
I'm using just standard Default Item Rule file.
Does anyone know how can I edit the file and what needs to be added to make the bot start picking up the plans ?

This is a reply to somebody on a different question, but it has info on what the rules need to be to cover plans/designs (they need a wildcard at the start and end of the name), have a look through!
