[Request] How to guide on using the new party bot

A lot of people have been asking for information on how to use the party bot. I havent really used raf before so if a user with more experience on the subject could write up a quick guide that would be extremelly useful.

I believe it's a new addition to HB so I don't think many people know how to use it (I sure as heck don't.) I'm looking forward to hearing what the Dev.s say about it =)
