For example:
If I defined A new TAG "SPELL" as follow, that's mean player will spell "Blizzard" at location X="-140.7878" Y="2513.061" Z="45.35241" last 6 seconds.
The question is
1.where shall I defined the NEW TAG?Under which folder?
2.How to load the defined file?
