[Request] Hexing pants of Mr. Yan support

Hey rrrix,

Just wondering if its possible to support (Hexing Pants of Mr. Yan - Game Guide - Diablo III)

There's a post on reddit that can give (perhaps) more detail than I will here: Hexing Pants of Mr. Yan Bug : Diablo

Basically the pants snapshot your movement state when you start using whirlwind. If the bot whirlwinds from standing still you won't get the buff, even though you're moving. Its about 50/50 maybe with packs of mobs whether or not the bot will get the buff, 0% chance with single target. Anyway to get the bot to quickly move before starting WW?

I guess it's different for monks? TR doesn't seem to have this problem, it did when I first got the item about a week ago, but yesterday I managed a perma TR spec, and it changes to the moving effect as soon as you press TR.

I hope this gets noticed soon. Just to add to OP's post, it's not only the fact that you don't get the buff, you are actually Debuffed. I'm sure you know this, but I thought I would bring it up for emphasis.
