request hawkers druid cc fix

was woundering if anyone could make the CC heal before entering combat, he never tops himself off after a fight, and end up pulling when hes at 30% or even lower :S

nice, ill try it, im 82 atm, the cc is almost perfect exept for the not healing after a combat part

But with my changes it'll use the instant casts to heal. So in most cases it don't need to heal up out of combat.
