I need a simple profile that will wave at Thassarian if he should ever show up at Sethria's Roost.
This combined with a anti afk would save me 4-5 hours a day.

Could do this with just a keyboard macro or mouse clicker.

set that to a action bar key and set keyboard or mouseclicker ot hit it once every few mins
