[Request] Grats on Achievement

I would like to see a plugin that will send a guild message or whisper that simply says "grats!" when a guildy gets an achievement. Add some form of delay, like 5 or 10 seconds


0700: Guildy: has earned the achievement [Glory of the Icecrown Raider]
0701: You: Grats!

Why Would you do That,
If u Say Gratz
They say Thankyou
& Might say things like Have you done it before? and you can't respond while you're botting.

Tough if u Insist on getting such a program. u Could just download Auto Gratz ~Addon.
