Theres a place in icecrown that has Vrykul in a place just to the left of the shadowvault. it has vrykul with instant respawn time. is there a profile someone can PM me to farm these and loot them?

do you mean the training ground? where the mobs are "duelling" each other?
if so, just use the fighthere plugin. pretty easy to use, and doesn't need further explanations.
