Request for Throw/shoot pull

Is there any rogue cc that has an option to pull with shoot/throw? This would come in handy for a quest rogue cc tbh.
We have cc's for grinding and/or pvping. Why not for questing?
Pulling with shoot/throw would greatly help with flying or unreachable mobs. Even if the mob is reachable, sometimes its still better the pull from a distance

How would the CC know when to sneak up and when to pull with a throw?
