Request for refund or fresh un-unsed key

Hi, I bought and started using an 8 day key on 8/10/2018 3:58:55 AM, of course the service has been down for patching since then, and I would like to know if Ill be getting a fresh key to use or a refund? I havnt even been able to use it yet and its active. It will expire on 8/18

its stated multiple times that keys will get extended and from what i see you are not new here so you already know that keys are getting extended on every patch downtime

Ive been around a while, but I dont hang out on the forums much, that is probably one of the minor details I did not know about. Thank you.

I have the same problem, I read that the keys will be extended but today try to login to see if the service already worked, but I directly throw your key to expired?
