Request for Honorbuddy farming guide

I have notice there's not a proper guide to show how to use HB to farm while sell those loots, seen Mailbox and Eauction being mentioned but however there's not even one guide to show to use the mailbox/eauction to sell the loot/AH the loot.

Could someone kindly explain to me, maybe create a guide to show to do so please?
