The Azenius Project and Kick's 1-68 Horde profiles both handle the Goblin starting zone as I recall. Although, its been a while since I've tried that.

Sorry, I don't understand the question.

If you mean "are the profiles free (as in gratis)", then yes they are. Reoxftw has kindly provided the links in the post above.
