Request: Fire Mage PVE cc that works

hey.
i've browsed here a lot and all these cc's are either old or broken.
the KingWOW is theo nly one that "functions" but the dps is...well. quite low so singulari s better off, even with the Autoattacking that it seems to do every few minutes or so.

so I request thee,person of epic knowledge.

Ill also help anyway possible but codeing (u dont want me to, trust me!). I do have a i level 512 firemage that can help test.

Prefferable on with a treshold setting on ignite/combustion.
Change to IB/pyro/scorch if moveing.
One wich will preffere focus target over MT if set on Interupt..and also have a Blacklist these spells or only intrupt this spell setting
Multidot option would be nice too.
Would also be very cool it was possible to blacklist specific mobs on an encounter on multidot, and that it ofc dosent target Cc?d individuals.

Ive seen alot of good stuff in all the cc?s that is exisitng already but non of them really good enough for me dare to try on HC progress.

it can even be a simple mod from the Singular.
problem with singular is its random freezings and/or autoattacking.
the 3 living bomb check wuold be nice as well.
and I know Kingwow dose the Get pyro proc, alter time, pyro, alter time, pyro
this code could also just be copied. :3

Does the checks for 3 living bombs etc. Frost works very well, fire needs a few small tweeks but those will be done in the coming days.
