Was looking at following plugin:

and thinking if someone can make a similar plugin that would use the same /who logic but instead of interacting with only guildless people and inviting them to the guild this one would just whisper user-defined string to every online player (but using the .txt file generated, whispers the same player only once)
Could be usable in looking for private buyers.
