[REQUEST] Auto Skip Dialogue and Cutscenes

As in the title. Self-explanatory. Simply skips cutscenes and dialogue so you can rush through the story on your 10 botting accounts faster .

As far as I know the bit doesn't know how to handle cutscenes yet. I'm sure that's being worked on in conjunction with the questing portion of order bot. Hopefully this will come along as a standard feature of the bit before too long but I wouldn't get your hopes up for anything before then.
