[Request] Assistance with my loot rules

I already have them made, from what I've tested so far operates as I would like.

However it's supposed to keep/stash all ilvl62-63 rares, and I just watched it salvage ilvl62 boots, so I know at least that is not working.

If anyone is a pro at these would love some assistance fixing this and/or improving upon what I have.

One last thing, I dont have anything set to sell, and it doesn't seem he goes to that merchant so most likely not repairing?
Which obviously would not be great for long periods. Does anyone have a recommended easy item to hold/sell to resolve if this is in fact an issue?

So far appears to be working like an absolute charm. I've visually watched about 75% of it work.
The other 25% has not occurred yet. But I can only assume.

Yes I watched it last night for awhile and could confirm that most of it worked flawlessly

If possible I would like to also add regardless of rarity (even magic) to keep ANY item that is 19% magic find, 19% gold find, or 75 all resistances.

Any of you gents could help with that would be great.
