So, after all the historical day's with the tripwire and what-not... Lets keep the mind focused to improve DB in any way ^^

I've been wondering. Why are we not able to select what kind of items we want to stash in certain stash-tabs?
Is it somehow possible to implement some sort of logic for this> Me, myself, would be very interested!

Example:
Tab 2 - stash 1 : craft mats + gems (incl leg gems) + rift keys + infernal keys + smth like this
Tab 1 stash 1: legendary crap (item list)
tab 1 - stash 2 legendary crap (item list)

Maybe keep 1 stash empty (for the bot), in case you've got multiple gear for multiple builds, on one char? like i do 2 builds in 1 stash
Or, if possible, make it adjustable to the user's preference's ?

This might be something completely unnecessary but, there might be at least a few who would like this? I know I would. LOL I want this ^^

I would also like to see this trialed. It would be nice to have a little more control over the organisation. Sometimes it can be difficult to find a particular item or discover new items after a long run because there is no 'go-to' location or my stash may be messy and an item will get 'lost' between others.
 
This would be amazing! I'd love this if it was possible. I run multiple bots and it gets tiring organizing all of them after each run.

This might be partly possible already as i all my mats/gems go to the last tab available. So if we could do the same for other tabs being option it would be awesome.

Example: Tab 1 - DH, Tab - Barb etc etc....
 
I would like to see this added as well. Perhaps a detailed thread in the request forum would work best.

Too many item types are stored on the last page, I would like the following changed:

  • Legendary Follower Items stored like other legendary items, by the first slot available in the stash.
  • Legendary gems stored on the second to last page (Last page fills up with materials too fast)
  • Ramaladni's Gift stored on the second to last page (When multi-botting, they do not stack until the "share" timer ends, will often see then taking up 5-6 slots in the stash)
  • Machines stored on the second to last page (4 slots taken)

I would also like for Set Items to be stashed on a specific page to make them easier to sort through.


While we are at it, the "sort" functionality in DB could use some options for configuration. I am sure that there is a way to change how it works by modifying some files in DB, but it would be cool to tell it to sort and have it go to town the way any given user wants it to end up.
 
I tried using the "Sort stash" inside of trinity, and that seems hella bugged now.

I used it the last time 2 years ago, and at that point it looked semi decent - but now its one big mess, having like 2 gems on 1 page, 20 on another page, not even close to each other etc.
 
Sorry I've been away for a while, but how can we get this up to the dev's so they might have a look at this ? Seems there are people who would like to see this as well..

Maybe a MOD can move this thread to the correct sub-forum ?
 
I actually like the way it stashes. Whats the problem of having all gems, mats, keys on the last page? When u hit 5k stack move it or use it ? Also dont find it hard to remember where the next empty spot is for where the new gear will start and continue onfrom there.
