Just want to try if Act 4 drops more than act 3. anything short that gets 5 stacks nv.. can anyone make this quick?

First off Act 4 drops are the same as Act 3 drop rates. Have you played Act 4? There is no quick 5 stacks in Act 4.

heard some rumours act 4 drops better after patch.. i guess not
