[REQ]Leave BG Q Timer

Would anybody be able to make a quick plugin that Leaves the BG queue like every 5 mins (maybe an adjustable timer) Seeing as wow's BG system seems to be bugged and you get stuck for hours at a time Leaving q every few mins gets you in alot faster.
