You could look into CLU. I use it for my mage. I switch between all three specs now since it's so easy to change specs almost on demand. I don't know how well it does in PvP right now, but from what I read, as long as it has Arcane Blast / Frost Bolt, and whatever the fire spec spell is, then it will use that and move down the line for whatever spells it has.
