[REQ] another tiny loot plugin

One that simply runs after everything has been identified and before stashing starts. It would store loot that is an upgrade to what you are currently wearing. As we are all aren't running around in uber gear, it could store items that maybe just a few points better than what we have on, would compare only the primary stats on an item (form my Monk dex and vit and maybe your chosen resist and all resist), at least this way it gets stored and you can make your own judgement call if you want to equip it or not later when you sort through your stash, sound feasible ?

Maybe a tweak in Giles Auto Equip plugin, but I think its easier to code your own item rules xml file so you can choose what items you want to equip. At least that would be a good workarround till someone decides to code it to a plugin.
