While it's true that if HB maybe runs as a random process name (like some anti-virus programs do) that might help with the process list issue.
But in reading https://eu.battle.net/account/legal/anticheating.html, it also says the following - and I'm not sure if HB can possibly create any work around for something like this:
(ii) the Blizzard Games ‘process’ to determine if any unauthorized third-party programs or computer code has been attached to the Blizzard Games process;
