Replacement for WW in CM wizard build.

na they hit much much to slow. The thing with WW is the attack so fast they have more chances to proc. Also the delay after casting MS jsut doesnt work well with having to spam Frost nova and IS

they are lowering the chance of ALL AoE skills to proc anything. So the slower the aoe the less spamable things become. You want Fast damage.

Meteor won't be good for non-stop freeze and diamond skin.
but it will be possible to run with a temp freeze and spam meteors for high scaling dps

This is my plan. Ramp up my damage so I can kill all white mobs in 1 to 2 hits max. You might only get one shot with Diamond Skin so you need to put down enemys fast. I actually noticed Nova is still pretty good with evocation and Meteors.
