Here ya go man. My HB is down at the moment so you need to add the hotspots. Wish i could help ya a little more but thats all i can do for now.

I added a hotspot at the place u are supposed 2 kill em
 
replace all Objectve with Objective and it should work

It turned it in (killed mobs myself, then I saw your comment), but...
Exception thrown in CustomBehavior object for tag:
<CustomBehavior File="LoadProfile" Profile="barrens.xml" Remember="True" />
make sure the tag has all required attributes and try again.
Couldn't find file for UserDefinedQuestBehavior.

lol sorry for the mispell. i threw that together real quick for ya and didnt have time to test it! Anyways what storm said is the only problem i see. Sorry for the inconvienence

And also for you soul you need to download the LoadProfile behavior. sorry for that as well i forget that some of those are not packed with HB
