Repairing Question

Just curious, why does the bot sometimes repair at Tashun the Miner in act 1 instead of always going to Haedrig's forge? Seems to be a wasted step.

Hi, I'm posting here because I have also this issue.
And the problem is my hero also sell legendary sometimes to the miner instead of salvaging. For example, if there are 10 legendaries on the inventory, he sold 2 of them randomly.

Is it possible to prevent him to go to the miner?
