Find the plugin (TheBrodieMan's Compendium) and make sure it's enabled (check box checked). If not, check it, let it "install" then restart HB and return to this menu.
Once installed, click the compendium to highlight, then click the UI button at the bottom of the Plugins menu. This will open the plugin UI, and from there the rest is pretty straightforward.

Thank you, it's ok now.

But I have a other problem. I tried it for Deathcharger Reins and it's not working. My character find is way to the dungeon, kill everything until Ramstein, and stop after him. He's not killing Rivendare, and stay there doing nothing.

Is there a solution ?

No. Provide the log file associated with that session that is located in the HB\Logs folder.
You can look at page 1 of this post for more info about posting logs (I think post #5)
 
4.0.1.115 has been approved. Please let me know of any issues that occur with the new DMF stuff.

Anyone that encounters issues on The Real Race, please provide screenshots and/or VERY accurate descriptions of what it's doing/did. Anything less will, unfortunately, be useless to me. This is something that really needs a visual to go along with, so any and all "it's bugged" posts will be either ignored or removed.

EDIT: Terribly sorry: a bug has been identified in the DMF profile, causing it to not be able to run. This error is a very simple fix, however it won't be able to be posted until tonight. Again, very sorry. Updates as soon as they are relevant.

Thank you, and sorry again to bein a noob with HB.

Please find attached the corresponding log file. I just repeted the same action than before. Starting the deathcharger rein profile. My hunt stuck again just before Rivendare.

Sorry but I can't tell from this description. You can send the untranslated version of the quest name, what its trying to get, and whatnot. Also, please send a log file containing the issue.
 
4.0.1.116 has been sent for approval. It contains the following fixes:

Darkmoon Faire
-- Correction to bad Conditional check.
-- Changed check on Target: Turtle to check if THIS character has the 10 ring achievement, not just the account.
-- Added missing timer checks for The Real Race speed boosts.

Garrison
-- Corrected Enchanter's Study Work Order NPC (was looking for Alchemy's)

Log only shows it was attempting to download the mesh. Has the plugin ever worked on "this" character before? Have you encountered this issue on other characters, but it resolved?
 
Revision 116 is now live (patch notes on previous page). This fixes several issues on Darkmoon Faire.

Yes,
it was work fine
and yes i use this plugin for other character and it's work fine

but i don't know this character have some issues with plugin
