This new version of TankLeader addresses a few nasty bugs in the previous release, and should support larger garages, and all World of Tanks locales.

FIXED: TankLeader now properly queues with garages containing over 20 vehicles. Thanks to Ashantz!
FIXED: You should now be able to stop TankLeader while in battle.
FIXED: TankLeader should now work properly with non-English clients

CHANGED: Artillery precision lowered from 2.5 to 2. This should make it fire a little bit later, and more precise.
CHANGED: Minor tweaks to queueing when handling a queue of 6 vehicles or more.

ADDED: New Settings window
ADDED: German and Russian localization.
