All the new "Anamnesis" items like "Anamnesis Circlet of Fending" report back as IsDesynthesizable = false with DesynthesisIndex = 0. Same with all the new crafted gear, the do desynth fine if you force it. Just seems like the 5.2 items didn't correctly set DesynthesisIndex in the SQLite db, while we don't need the index for desynth chance anymore it's still needs to be > 0 for IsDesynthesizable .

HandOver and Turnin now filter equipped items
SimpleDuty will now handle the difficulty selection dialog
Desynthesis should work correctly for all items
