Added basic info panel
Bot will no longer attempt to complete a handover or turnin without checking the status of the trade

Several abilities are now better supported: Astrologian's Draw and Spread, and Pugilists Meditation

Bug Fixes:
Fixed issues with the chocobo feeding and garden fertilizing systems
Fixed issue preventing handing over the same itemid several times in a row
