That message shows even if you have latest version.

It's a bug in either the versionstamp of Honorbuddy.Exe or the updater itself.(if i may guess)
 
Repair does not work in Mount Hyjal

I have noticed that I have been getting ALOT of Crashes of my wow clients when I hit the Stop button on HB in Questing Mode. I have attached a log of the latest one. I would estimate that it is around 50% chance of a crash when I hit stop on HB.

Anyone noticed the bot constantly running into shit and taking forever to free himself? I've Used this for nearly a year and all of a sudden he starts running into things

Everything working well here...except for, is there always something ? ;), when he is gathering is there any chance of getting him to press the gather button before dismounting? There is no need to dismount before gathering as it will automatically dismount you. Looks incredibly bot like and makes it take a good 2 seconds longer. Which is a lifetime when someone swoops in and gathers it before you even though you were there first because they click the herb/mine while mounted.
 
auto-updater should have a list of folders/file the updater intends to replace. Should be an checkbox next to each file to optionally allow for things to be updated (or not).

Preferably, it would highlight those files that are different and WILL be updated. That way you get one last fail safe "reminder" to know if a particular file will be updated or not.

At the least, you might have it create a backup of the file it's replacing and place the whole set in a subfolder.

For now, I will do the update manually like I used to because I don't trust this updater to not screw up files I have modified.
 
keeps removing mine and herb. turns off loot mobs.
when using kicks questing profile (just for example) the horde quest do it to. Keeps running into things and s l o w.

I have no problems with manual install, just give me a BIG box saying update

Keeps linking me to a page that says, "INVALID FILE" when I try to download.
 
When will the issue that crashes both bot and wow when stopping the bot get some attention.

Getting rather silly now this bug.
 
Honorbuddy does not support the currently active 'gxAPI' please change it to 'D3D9'

How can I fix this?

In another thread there was mentioned to delete wow cache and disable addons. Might try this one out and c if it works for u.

Any ETA when someone will work on the BG Bot again?

are now all Devs gone away to ryft? and fix only the bot after WOW had a Patch?

I can say Hi to many HB users in MY Realmpool because we all take the same routs and stop at the same Points...
