[Release] Honorbuddy 2.0.0.5198 - Auto Updater working

Still having an issue logging in.

The little text window says,

Logging in...
Authentication failed!

I've checked login information multiple times, as well as completely uninstalled and reinstalled three times. The post says at the top of this page to delete something in the setting folder. I do not have a settings folder in my buddy folder.

Anyone offer some advice?
 
Do you have a key or do you use a username-based login? In the latter case, go to Buddy Auth Portal and try to login there, maybe reset your password to something without special characters.

leider ist mein englisch einfach nur schlecht daher schreibe ich Deutsch in der Hoffnung das es jemand f?r mich ?bersetzt!

Und zwar habe ich das Problem das HB Flugpunkte/Flugstrecken nicht nutzt, der Char rennt hin, dann wieder weg und wieder hin und so weiter....

Hier ein ausschnitt meines Logs was angezeigt wird wenn dies passiert!

Nun weiss ich nicht ob es am Profil liegt oder an HB.

Profil: Kicks 1-85 Questing Profile
CC: FPS paladin
HB: Aktuell

The WaitForPatrol behavior was waiting for a particular mob to be a safe distance away when you decided to stop the bot. The only other things in the log are clearly marked as warnings, and are not problems.

Can you be more specific about "errors while trying to use..."?


Edit: Found a problem in "Fpsware Death Knight":

I believe you've mis-named the CC directory as "Fpsware Death Knight [4-06-2011]". Go read his original post again--he requires the directories to be named specifically--you don't get to choose the name.

If that still fails, try for another DeathKnight CC.

Keeps on failing to authenticate.. my password is correct according to logging in on authbuddy website.

I tried to delete StyxSettings.xml in settings folder and restarting the bot but no go ;(

After re-install it hangs on "Logging in" but so does the older version of HB I still have saved ;X
 
This seems to be related to the looooong loot times.

Having issues with CC's and profiles working with the new HB 2.0.0.5198. I'm not getting any errors, it's just that several of my CC's and plugins do nothing when I use them or activate them. Some examples are my plugins: HB Toggle, Elixir, Unholy DK, and Jumpy to name a few. They work with version 2.0.0.5184 just not 5198.
 
Im having a large issue with mailing in GB2

I've been using the same profiles on the same characters for a while now with no problems. Since this release the bots will go and gather a node then immediately fly back to the mail box and mail off that node resulting in a massive slow down in gathering and hundreds and thousands of mails going to my mail guy of 2-3 ore or herbs.

Is this a HB issue or a profile issue?
 
Does Honor buddy work on Windows XP Pro? I can't get it to work at all :(

Although "No workie" is a technical term in some circles, it is not a very useful request for help. :D


On WinXP, you will need to install .NET 3.5 SP 1...

Well the problem is most likely the Windows SP1, it wont even get to Honorbuddy's program just give me an error im downloading the .net 3.5 framework now
 
loot delays are way too long.

ppl whisper me asking if i'm a bot just because of the delays between every action.

kill , pause , loot , pause , skin , pause , pull next target , pause....etc etc.

i'm using fpwsare's hunter

singular is not an option since it decides to go on kamikaze runs very frequently right after pulling

it takes like 10 seconds be4 the loot+ skin is done....

that's WAAAAY to long

Also 95% of the loot/skin it does it runs past the corpse be4 it attempts the loot/skin.

That is NOT the human behaviour when looting that's for sure.


While where at it......

HB makes toon move towards another mob when moving a distance.....(might be CC-related)

A proper Honorbuddy installation will not exhibit this behavior. So indeed, you are correct in that something is amiss. But, for us to analyze what is wrong, you'll need to attach your log...

Log fragments, like the one you posted, are quite useless in isolating problems. For starters, such fragments will never show exceptions, nor messages that are sent only to the 'debug' logger.
