Since this morning im getting "you have not selected a valid instance of WoW to attach to! , is there anything i can do? ive restarted WoW but that didnt help

its isnt HB/GB based, its WOW based

Crack00r you've obviously misunderstood the message he posted, its an error contained in HB. It says that when it cannot attach to wow because of the update...
