Same thing for me in Deepholm too. Logged in to find my recipient toon with no mail. Verified mail settings. Logged into bot, forced mail (with what little herbs / ore left in bags), gets to repair vendor ok and then sells ore and herbs to vendor.

Blizzard has changed the unique IDs of the mailboxes in Deepholm. Its fixed and I'll have a release in a few hours but I am really puzzled why they would bother doing that.
