Reinstalling DB

I was told in one thread to try a fresh install. When I first started on DB, I just wanted to get it started that I don't remember everything I need, so I have a couple of questions that I would really appreciate some answers for:

-Where is the link for the latest version of DB (I have the links for adventurer and trinity saved)?
-How do I actually do a fresh install? Does that mean to uninstall and rerun the installer? Or do I save the latest version of DB to a new folder (that's why I asked the question above)?
-Right now I only have three plugins: Adventurer, Trinity, and QuestTools (which I never turn on). Are any others recommended?
-I tried downloading some new profiles to try, saved them to the Profiles folder, and then couldn't find them. What could be causing this?

Oh, okay, I don't know why I couldn't find that first link.

But for a fresh install, do I only save all of this into a new folder? Because I actually tried that yesterday and it didn't work... I can try again, but what I wanted to ask is whether I actually need to uninstall DB and then run the installer again.

uninstall your old DB , delete all files inside DB folder , extract DB beta on your DB folder , for trinity , quest tool and adventurer make new folder and extract it there then copy paste it on DB folder .
 
by the way delete the adventurer , trinity and quest tool after you extract the DB beta .
