Regarding wizard spells

Would anyone know of a way to stop the wizard from spamming frost nova? It's effecting the cd of archon because it's eating into the ring of the zodiac passive. Thanks for your time.

nothing, the spell is there so a certain frost nova gets cast. It doesn't need to get cast because it gets auto proceed

i can try it out for you when the lag gets reduced. atm d3 is around 400 ms for me and I only have hc chars.. i'll replay the second i can test it

just ran a T9 rift looks like it works flawlessly! gj jubisman.. network kicked me out for some reason but till then it was exactly what it should be.
