Where to post for a refund? Since DB got 6/6 banned I really have no use for my wasted 60$ 3 sesh key... Not planning on purchasing more D3s as I believe DB fell short of my expectations.

don't think that there is a refund option. you use Bot on your own risk and if you use some well know profile 24/7 blizzard will catch you even with other bots it is same story

Actually - you got banned bc you were greedy and didn't read (or you read and didn't care) how to properly use the bot and not get banned.

As a side note - there's nothing wrong with our bot; it was your actions that got you banned. Not us!
