I can not make it any clearer! I bought a lifetime membership, that means until the games dies or I die. None of these have happened. You can NOT change the agreement in mid stream.

You paid for a lifetime key for HB1 and HB2 and, technically, your key(s) still works on those versions. You have to buy HB3 for the live servers. You may not like it, but that is the basic reality of it.
