Guess I was wrong then. The bot can't look Pokestops, but Nox can as well as your phone? Hmm... Did you download the latest update? Also post a log.

i asked if they could refund me or if i should do it using paypal, and you come here defending pokefarmer when i just said it didnt work for me, i made a post about the prob i had only got "your softbanned" asked it on discord only got "your softbanned" i never asked for a solution on this threat i only asked how to ask for a refund. i'm not asking for help from others ty.
 
First off, Bossland's company isn't the company you deposited money with. You should know that since you're old enough to have a debit/credit/PayPal account. Secondly, either English isn't your primarily language, or you do a really bad job at relaying your thoughts into words. Maybe if you had made it comprehensible we could of helped you.

I'm from the netherlands, i didnt desposite money with Bosslands but since i got a 91 Days code from mygobot i was pretty sure they where involved some how. there are like 10 post on the forum about the same issue with the Pokestop error even the coders know its going on so i assume when you try to help a person you have done your research aswel before posting "your are soft banned" anyways i just made a dispute on paypal for a refund, if i get the money its fine if i dont its ok aswel. i just didnt like the fact that the bot didnt work, when my old one was.

Request your refund through paypal, it has nothing to do with bossland
 
I didn't read the entire post cause I don't have the time but from what I read the user is asking for a refund because he paid for a lifetime membershop of another bot.. first forget it's 2 different company.. you paid for a lifetime membership but if the bot is now "Dead" the lifetime is over so your subscription is over.. I'm sure they didn't say Your Lifetime they were talking about the bot's life and the bot is dead :D case closed...
 
You can't get a refund for MGB from Bossland. You can only get a refund if you got Pokefarmer. I will now close this thread as it's apparent that Tony has explained the situation clearly enough pages ago.
