Hello! This is the second season of Diablo I have purchased Demon buddy and it didn’t work again. I bought it in Season 15 and it worked awesome which is why I came back Season 16(didn’t work) and then hoped for it to work in 17(isn’t working). I am tech savvy and it is not my computer. I would like a refund for this season and would really appreciate it as Demon Buddy isn’t working once again. Thank you.

No reply huh? This is how you treat your loyal customers? Sell them something that doesn’t work and ignore them when they just kindly ask for a refund?
