Refund request sent on July 23 - No Refund yet

Hello;

I had sent an email to [email protected] with the key I was issued and have not received an refund as of today. Would it be possible for someone in administration to have a look in to this for me?

Bossland is proberly the only one who can help you, and he's the owner of that email ;)
 
I've also not received a reply to my email sent around that time too. I'm assuming Bossland is currently busy as he doesn't seem to have much in the way of forum activity lately either.
 
He is on holiday but I'll get him to sort it over next few days.

Bossland is back in the office tomorrow and hopefully this issue will be cleared then.
