Refund question, unhappy customer.

As was previously mentioned, you said you wouldn't keep the money of unsatisfied customers.
Well in the month or so that I used DB, it got the job done though with A LOT of user struggle to finally get a stable decent profile running(biggest part was running it stable for 10 hours straight, which improved with the versions sort of, but I finally get a relog script that allowed me to AFK)

Now there are ALOT of players getting banned with DB, while you may have done everything to prevent this in your capablitly, and as you say be prepared incase you get banned. It still isn't the product I thought it was. I am not like alot of these guys here with deep pockets who bot 4 accounts or more whatever, I just botted one, and it got banned.

I bought a 26 euro lifetime license.. well that was very much lifetime! 1 month! Well you could say buy D3 again and start over, which I won't as it's not safe + lost alot of gear on the bot( 364/223MF combo with 14 pickupradius NOT easy to come by took my ages on AH which was approximtly worth 100m total)

So I am asking do you still accept refunds, just a question. And since it's not allowed to post trade topics or something as so ive heard, I have no idea what to do with this Demonbuddy Key which is laying around wasted.

Sorry for your lost, but everyone knows it is not 100% safe to bot, you probably knew it before you bought it, its written when you run it that it maybe against blizzard TOS.

all my accounts are currently banned, I even posted how I was a bit frustrated that the DB team didn't implement some simple features that forces us to use plugins and that the roaming system is not in place yet but I made over 1000$ with this bot and I would personally feel bad asking for my money back after all this bot procured me.

Unless you are new to botting which seems to be the case, you should be aware that it's illegal so by having only 1 account which seems to be your main you are playing a high risk game that could turn to fortune or a big lost. Not to sound like an asshole but if you only planned to bot 1 account and never rebuy you should of been aware of the risk and not tell yourself "I will bot until I get ban and ask for refunds after" I don't think DB offers rental programs.
